Eventbrite has expanded its partner network to Europe with Australian meetings, incentives, conferencing and exhibitions (MICE) software provider Entegy. After launching the partnership in Australia in 2017, over 520,000 attendees have used the Entegy App for Eventbrite at conferences, festivals, exhibitions and school events.
The Entegy Suite is made up of a whole range of high-performance products, designed to meet the complex needs of event organisers and conference visitors. The Entegy App for Eventbrite can be found in Eventbrite’s refreshed App Marketplace that extends the functionality of the Eventbrite platform so creators can leverage solutions that fit their unique needs and styles.
Thanks to the new Entegy App for Eventbrite, visitors can print their badges at self-service terminals, visit multiple sessions with the same ticket, stay informed and personalise their schedule, and connect directly with fellow participants – as well as engage with speakers, sponsors and exhibitors.
Organisers can also check in their attendees for individual sub-events / sessions, give their sponsors additional visibility in an event app that can be customised for their specific event, communicate more effectively with their visitors, and simplify lead generation for their exhibitors.
“The package that we have put together with our Entegy partners is a significant technological advancement for the MICE industry in the UK and beyond,” says Joel Crouch, VP Europe at Eventbrite. “These new features designed specifically for the MICE sector elevate our offering to an even more professional level, combined with the familiar, user-friendly and intuitive interface of Eventbrite.”
Entegy Executive Director, Graeme Caplen, says: “We’re excited to see our partnership with Eventbrite extend to Europe off the back of a successful roll out in the USA and Australia.
Our partnership provides event professionals with end-to-end event technology solutions that integrate the Eventbrite experience with Entegy’s leading event communications, engagement and logistics platform. A number of high profile events in Europe have already taken advantage of the combined offering and we are pumped to provide this game-changing solution to more and more events as we grow across Europe with Eventbrite.”
New features via Entegy
From check-in tools to lead generation software, the Entegy Suite product range in conjunction with Eventbrite offers a comprehensive range of services for MICE organisers.
Improved communication and strengthening of the brand identity
Organisers of conferences, conventions, and trade shows can streamline their enrollment process through the Entegy Suite offering, and personalise it, for example, with an appealing Welcome to Kiosk Manager, event apps, and personalised design badges.
Facilitate networking between exhibitors and visitors without business cards, during and after the conference. Among other things, they can share content, view live activity feeds, play through gamification elements or participate in individually created question and answer sessions.
Entegy’s easy-to-use system instantly converts site visits into meaningful and qualified leads, instantly displaying, managing and exporting data.
Attendance tracking via (self) check-in stations helps promoters immediately respond to situations of potential danger, overcrowded sessions or catering bottlenecks.
The Entegy Suite is the latest addition to Eventbrite’s extensive partner network, which now includes over 100 extensions and integrations, including MailChimp, Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress.com, Zapier, and SurveyMonkey.
